The dissolver is used for desagglomeration and wetting of solids in a liquid base. It is the interplay of mass acceleration and friction, which provides the basis for the optimal product-specific shear rate. Typical applications are found in the production of paints and lacquers, primers, inks, adhesives, coatings, creams and ointments.
Properties
The wall-dissolver is a space-saving, low-cost variant that is reduced to the mixing function. It is available up to a drive power of 45 kW. At low speeds, other mixing tasks with appropriate mixing tools are possible.
