The dissolver is used for desagglomeration and wetting of solids in a liquid base. It is the interplay of mass acceleration and friction, which provides the basis for the optimal product-specific shear rate. Typical applications are found in the production of paints and lacquers, primers, inks, adhesives, coatings, creams and ointments.


The stationary vessel dissolver is the ideal production unit for larger batch sizes of similar mixing products, which operates automatically.
